- Php 10,000 per parking slot
Terms of Payment & Discounts
Down Payment is interest free and divided into equal monthly installments.
- 30% Down Payment 70% Balance – 4% discount (In-House)
- 40% Down Payment 60% Balance – 5% discount (In-House)
- 50% Down Payment 50% Balance – 5% discount (In-House)
- 100% Cash Payment – 10% discount
Additional 2% PDC discount will be applied provided complete documents and PDCs are submitted within 30 days from reservation date.
Balance
Balance is payable by Cash, In-House Finance, or Bank Finance.
We will be assisting you through our accredited banks from filling up of loan application up to bank drawdown.
